Composition of Prepared Sample Standards
The pure standards are in the corners of the triangle. The vertices in the triangle represent all possible combinations of protein mixtures in the percentages given (a total of 15 mixtures including the pure corner standards). GM, the group mean, is the center of the triangle and represents a mixture of 1/3 of each protein.
